Sandie Wanamaker Director or Worship Ministries

Sandie Wanamaker grew up in Lenox, MA and received her B.A. in Theology from Berkshire Christian College. Sandie served in worship ministry in a variety of ways in several churches in Massachusetts and Ohio before coming to East Glenville. She has been Director of Worship Ministries at EGCC since January 2000. It is her firm conviction that "blended" worship that utilizes the best of both old and new music styles and stays true to our scriptural calling.

Sandie and her husband Bob live in Burnt Hills and have two adult children. Jeremy and his wife Lauren live in Schenectady and Kate and her husband B.J. live in Scotia with their little boy Miles.

Sandie's favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 3:20-21a:

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
