GCC children’s programs have reopened on Sunday morning during the 10:30 AM worship service with safety guidelines in place. Please understand the church has limited volunteer resources. Prayer and understanding are appreciated as we strive to make church attendance feasible for families with young children. All children will be checked-in with temperature and health question screening at the start of the worship service.
Please direct any questions to Susan Perregaux at
Our EGCC volunteers are excited to be teaching and seeing our children again!

Infants (birth to 18 months) and toddlers (18 months-4 yrs) may enter nursery rooms any time after check-in. Face-coverings are not used for children in either room. Parents can enter rooms, one at a time, having completed the screening and with a face-covering. If a diaper change is needed the parent will be asked to do it. Adult and teen volunteers will be screened and wear face-coverings. Snacks will not be served. Toddler room will have lesson material presented to children.

Junior Church

Junior Church is for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. It runs for the whole length of the service. Children are screened and required to have a face-covering with them. A lesson is taught from The Gospel Project for Kids, with a video presentation, a worksheet, and a craft project. Teachers and teen helpers will wear face-coverings. Parents are asked to pick-up children promptly after the service ends.
Sanitizing of toys, surfaces and supplies will occur regularly as needed for all programs.

At EGCC we teach and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ and the foundational truths of the Bible with the goal of spiritual formation in children.

We strive to enable a child to understand and express the salvation story and how it impacts their life.

We want to equip children to communicate the good news of Jesus Christ with those around us who don’t yet have a personal relationship with Him

It is our prayer that children will come to know Christ personally as Savior and Lord nurtured by worship and fellowship within a church family. In so doing they will reflect the vision of the church: To love God, to love people and help them to know and follow Jesus.
