Sunday School

Stay connected this summer! Sunday School for all ages will take place through June, July and August, 9am to 10am followed by our Worship Service at 10:30am. Starting June 16th and through the summer, we will be offering:
  • A Family Class led by Tom Bischoff. Tom will be teaching Learning as a Family – Focusing on Love, based on 1 Corinthians 13.
  • The Adult Class on 1 Corinthians, led by Will Gideon and Pastor Brad, will continue.
  • A new Teen Class led by Youth Director Nick Feliciano.
  • A Children’s Class led by Children’s Director Susan Perregaux’s team.
Interested, but not sure where to find a particular class? Just ask one of the members of our Front Line Team (wearing name tags). They’re glad to help.

East Glenville Community Church is committed to be about “Loving God, Loving Other, and Helping Them Know and Follow Jesus.” We are committed to help the adults of our church become all the Lord has made them to be and find their purposes in His world. Our heart is to see “followers of Jesus” (what the Bible calls “disciples”) living their faith in all their week and growing in the knowledge and first-hand experience of being His.
So with the Holy Spirit working in us, we are providing training in our Adult Sunday School to teach the skills and knowledge that helps an adult grow in these ways. Some we have offered already, and more are planned ahead. The image we are beginning to use for these “Stepping Stones” series of adult training. Much more than mere information, they are a line of classes where by each one a follower of Jesus can “step” forward as they grow in Christ. Here are the topics. Come walk with us.
